Basic - 55.00 euro per year
If you are not living in Spain full-time, it offers peace of mind knowing that a professional office securely retains your keys. If someone in Spain requires access to your property for any reason, arrangements can be easily made.
Your keys will only be provided with a signed authorization and a phone call or email confirmation, all under our stringent supervision. In emergency situations, only authorized personnel will be allowed entry to your property, including our trained staff.

Standard - 300.00 euro per year

1. Key holding services as previously mentioned.
2. Monthly inspection along with additional checks following a storm or heavy rainfall.
3. Examination of electrical systems, water, gas, toilet, light bulbs, and ventilation.
4. Inspection for pests, rodents, etc.
5. Assessment of all gates, locks, and windows.
6. Retrieve and forward all mail, sending it to you via postal service or email after scanning.
7. Reach out to the owner if critical issues arise.
8. Monthly email report.

Standard plus - 350.00 euro per year

Key holding services as noted above, with an additional check every month.

Impeccable Cleaning Services

To ensure that you / or your tenants always arrive in a fresh, clean home, we arrange that your home will always be cleaned completely after you or your tenants leave. We also ensure that the beds and towels are changed and the present "dirty" laundry is cleaned and neatly stored away.

60.00 euro single trip to or from the airport for up to 3 people with luggage for our clients
